Once upon a time there was a man who understood that the harmony of existence must be learned from nature. All his life he observe the surrounding world, plants and animals and learned the happiness of life from them. And everyone helped him: turtles taught him to breathe, butterflies – to be light, cats – to be flexible. So he learned to express nature with body language. For example, he folded his arms in the form of a roof and, standing on the ground, felt the ground and a sense of stability like a tree. And he felt warmth, light, life exposing his face to the sun with closed eyes. And the man became wise as a turtle, graceful as a cat, strong as a tree and bright as the sun. And then he shared his wisdom with people.
